我在10/1買了10盒Affresh的洗衣機清潔錠，一盒11.98美元(未含州稅)
然後10/7發現降價為10.99美元(未含州稅)
然後寫了封信給Amazon客服，客服承諾會退回差價部分
當天就會收到一封退款通知郵件
不過我覺得這個退差價的部分，也是要看情況啦
因為Amazon的價格是浮動的，如果差距不大，例如差1美元，建議是不要用啦
聽說早期這個Refund是直接做一個按鈕在購物記錄內
也有明文說幾天內(好像是30天吧，忘了)可以退差價
後來就是有太多人買完東西，就每天盯著價格，若是跌價就立即申請Refund
所以後來這個功能就取消了，變成你要打電話或寫信給客服才能處理
要怎麼知道價格變動，還記得這個小工具嗎？

您好：因為我不曉得您的信件內容，我的經驗，外國人(Amazon的客服很多都是印度人喔，看名字就略知一二)很直接，您就直接跟他說您的需求吧，我提供某一次的信件內容，不過跟您的狀態不太一樣，我是買了之前Amazon又提供了Promo Code (P.S 我英文不算好，請不要糾正我，謝謝^^)。I had bought this shoes on Dec. 9,2014. The grand total is $75.14, and today I received a promotion e-mail from Amazon, have a PROMO CODE 20OFFSHOE. If I use this promotion code to buy this shoes that is the same size/color, just only $61.62. But I don't like to cancel or return it, because the shipping status is "In transit". Could I get a refund for this order. Thanks and have a good day.

刪除I had bought the "affresh Washer Machine Cleaner(ORDER # 107-4410759-0910625)" on the Oct. 1st , and the price is $11.98/pcs. When I get this goods, I found the price has been marked down on the Oct. 7th , and the price is $10.99/pcs. SO...Could I have the refund? Thanks and have a nice day.
